Without limiting any other remedies; if we suspect that you have engaged in any fraudulent activity as a user of this website, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your account.

A user shall not engage in a fraudulent sale or be involved with a sale of fraudulent, counterfeit or stolen items; 3). A user shall not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; 4). A user shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation concerning local, state, or federal venues; 5). A user shall not use defamatory, libelous, or unlawful, threatening or harassing language or actions on this website, including to but not limited to photographs, videos, sound bytes or words; 6). A user shall not disseminate on this website any obscene material, child pornography or other material that might be harmful to minors.

Without limiting our remedies, we may at our discretion limit your activity immediately or remove your items listed on this website. Additionally, we may warn other Users of Furnituretrader.com of your breach of this agreement if we feel that it could in any way harm Users of this website or be unlawful. Not only does Furnituretrader.com reserve the right to notify Users, but this reservation entitles us to notify the appropriate authorities of any unlawful behavior.

This agreement shall be governed in any and all respects by the laws of the state of Texas as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be preformed entirely within Texas.

Due to numerous factors beyond our control we do not guarantee or warrant continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Resolution of disputes between you and Furnituretrader.com shall be resolved by mediation or alternative dispute resolution. Alternatively, any claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas. You and Furnituretrader.com agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Harris County, Texas.

This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
